In order for a user to leave a review or pre-order from a dispensary or delivery vendor, that user must be registered with
and logged in. Skipping account sign-up will only allow the user to browse. The user will either need to log in or create an account if an account has not been created.
Q. I forgot my user name or password, how can I retrieve it?
At the bottom of the sign in screen, you’ll find a “Reset password” and “Forgot username.” Choose the option that applies. An email will be sent to the registered email address associated with your account to assist you.
Q. I don’t see any dispensaries or delivery vendors near me?
This is generally associated with one of two possibilities. First, while using
GreenKINEX, you can choose to either search by a vendor’s name or you can perform a radial mileage search surrounding any zip code. You can try to expand your radial search because secondly, your local vendor may not have been added yet. We are always working to add new vendors every day. You can also check back in with us later to see if any vendors in your area have been added to our platform.
Q. I don’t see my favorite dispensary or delivery vendor on
GreenKINEX, why is that?

Q. How does searching by zip code work, or why would I use it?
When searching by zip code,
allows you to search for dispensaries and delivery vendors in a specified radial mileage search that is associated to the specified zip code. This will assist you when planning a trip or if you would like to search for other vendors in your local area.
Q. Can I change my account information or password?
Yes, simply click on “My Account.” You can find it located on the bottom of the screen, and in the menu drop down list, which is located on the upper left of the screen. Select my account, and you can make the necessary changes. Don’t forget to save your changes by pressing the “submit changes” button.
Q. Why do I need to take a picture of my Drivers License/I.D. Card, and Medical Marijuana Card?
We need to verify that our users are compliant within State Laws. We verify and validate our users’ age, and medical status for dispensaries when applicable.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
. If you’re ordering from a dispensary, you’ll pay for your order at the cashier located in the dispensary in which your order was placed.
If you’re ordering from a delivery vendor, you’ll pay the vendor upon arrival.
Q. When can I pick my order up?
Typically within 30 minutes of placing the order. We ask that all of the dispensaries prepare and package an order for pick up within 30 minutes of being placed.
You’ll receive a confirmation text message alerting you when you your order is ready for pick up. However, in most cases orders can be picked up in less than 30 minutes.
Q. How long will it take to receive a delivery?
We ask delivery vendors to maintain a one-hour delivery time. There are many factors associated with delivery times such as distance, activity, availability, etc. However, in most cases delivery times are less than one hour.
